DESCRIPTION
This is a charming one bedroom apartment located in the World famous and
prestigious area of Saint Germain des Pres, a district of the
Latin Quarter, in the heart of Paris.

The apt. is scheduled to be partly renovated in November 2010
(paintings and sofa bed).
The foyer of the building and the staircase were recently
renovated ( 2010 ) and are now in mint condition.
Although the entrance is on the rue Dauphine, with a bus stop -
lnes 58 and 70 - right in front of the door, the apt. is located
in the back of the building on a very quiet pedestrian street
and a nice and calm courtyard. The living room faces the quiet
street and boasts 3 large windows with double panes. The
apartment also features oakwood floors, a fireplace, and 1
bedroom containing 1 queen size bed overlooking the courtyard.
The Living room has a pull out sofa that is great for sleeping
up to 2 people. It also has an American kitchen with a nice bar
& 3 stools. There is one bathroom with a stand-up shower
decorated by marble tiles. Then there is a seaprate toilet with
independent access from all of the other rooms. This stylish
building was built in the 17th century.

A WORLD FAMOUS LOCATION !
The famous "quarier" of Saint Germain des Pres is one of the
most desirable and trendy in the World. It is the safest and
most popular in the entire city. The property is minutes away
from The Louvre ( bus or walk ), the musee d'Orsay and with The
Seine River at the end of the street. This is a very lively
neighborhood, with all attractions and ground transportations at
your doorstep.
Step out the building and you will be surrounded with a myriad
of hot and trendy spots to hang around, cafes, bakeries with
delicious croissants or fresh sandwiches,specialty cheese or
wine shops, fashion or jewelry shops, sushi, pizza, indian,
chinese, fine or casual dining places, banks, cafes,
restaurants, Carrefour inexpensive and nice supermarket open
until 10 PM, ... and much more!
The Latin Quarter is the oldest area in Paris, having been the
centre of Gallo-Roman Lutetia in the 3rd century. You will find
remnants of this period at the Thermes de Cluny, Roman baths
standing next to the Medieval Cluny Museum.
